Hello everyone, I dont often write about this kind of đánh giá but today I want lớn try to vì it. Hope it will be useful if you are considering about BBQ restaurants in Hanoi for some meeting in this weekend with your friends of family. I am a big fan of BBQ. I have eatten in quite a few BBQ restaurants in Hanoi already. But the first, I want khổng lồ recommend a restaurent I have just eatten recently, Kpub BBQ - Nguyen Khanh Toan street, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
Location và View
This one is not in center of Hanoi and it will take 15 mins by taxi to get this restaurant from Hoan Kiem lake which is attractive destination with foreigners. So if you are not living in Hanoi, it is quite hard to lớn find out. It is located in no.22 Nguyen Khanh Toan street, Cau Giay district, Hanoi. It is in opposite side of my house & I can see it is crowded everyday. I and my friend decided khổng lồ try it. My first impression when I get into was that its view và decoration were good. Look so twinkling. And it was real Korean style which we could see in some Korean Drama. They served both inside & outside in the large yard. We stayed outside because inside was already full. It was quite hot even though there were a lot of fans and ac around us.
Food
We chose búp phê instead of full bộ or ordering single dish. Buffet cost $12 per one. There were several full bộ options you could choose with cheaper price, but I knew it would be never enough for us. So, buffet was the best choice lớn save money.
While waiting for meat, we had lớn bring side dishes by ourselves. They served some types of kimchi, gimbab, leek, onion and sauce.
After quite long time of waiting, they brought meat for us. We understood for this delay because we could see there were a lot of customers và all waiters were doing their best.
There was a chili sauce lớn eat with BBQ. It quite good with me but I think Vietnamese people would not like it. Because most of Vietnamese people prefer some kind of sause have strong flavor and it must be mixed from sour, sweet, salty,... My friend is Korean và he said this sauce is real Korean sauce. Yeah. Why should we expect some vietnamese dipping sauce? Here is Korean BBQ restaurant, right?
We were served so many sorts of food but majority was beef and pork. There were some sea food like octopus but we just wanted to eat meat. ^^ I could recommend the best meat to grill are beef with honey và pork belly. It was super tasty. I remember we ordered it more than 3 times.
In this restaurant, there was one thing I could not see in any restaurant else. That was they put cheese with eggs và corn around the plate & we could eat it while grill meat. I love it. Especially cheese & sweet corn. & one more thing I loved was leek. I have lớn affirm that it was so good when combined with barbecue.
When we were almost full và going to finish meal, a staff asked me "do you want to eat hotpot, we will serve right now?". We were so surprised. We thought buffet is only BBQ but turned out including hotpot. It was normal, nothing special lượt thích some restaurant specializing in Hotpot. Or may be we were too full lớn feel it good. We really tried our best khổng lồ finish it.
Unlike other buffets, the cài đặt is self-service, but with K-Pub, they assigned a staff to lớn serve several tables and they would assist us all the way. I think this restaurant didnt have enough staff to lớn serve because I saw a lot of custumers was waiting. Fortunately, there was a waitress who took care us a lot and made we really satisfied. I think we had a better service than another custumers because while another customers constantly urged staff to lớn serve, furious at them, we always kept calm, smiled when ordering, said thank you after received food, and understood their sittuation. That is why we still had good service in this restaurant although there were so many complains about its service.
I think the most important thing is attitude. Custumer is God but sometime we should not suppose we are really God. Being a good manner client will help you have a respect and better service.
